My 1991 corvette has a slight hesitation problem on takeoff. Pulled # 2 and 8 sparkplug and I have a slight oil leak into cylrnder, and the plug gets fouled. Is there a better plug I can use untill I get around to doing a valve job on the car? Car runs fine and fast when rolling but from a standstill it has that hesitation problem.

You can go one range hotter on the plugs, but the valve seals are probably leaking, causing the problem. Symptoms of the seals is blue smoke on startup.
Make sure PCV valve is working.
A compression test would tell you if the valves are sealing, or the rings are bad.
