start with checking all the fuses. Also check the fusable links. Check the headlight relays. under the dash. Check the wires by the headlight motos with a test light. Check both sides of the wiring. When the headlights are turned on the voltage comes from one wire and when turned off the voltage comes from the other side to reverse the motor.
