Air Conditioning problem
1977 Chevy Corvette V8 56000 miles
I am considering buying a 1977 Corvette. The owner says that the A/c doesn't work. If I have to replace it what might it cost including parts and labor? Is this a job that someone with average mechanical skill can do? In addition there is a trans leak. He said he thinks it is from the pan. I wonder if i might be from a main seal. HOw can I tell? What would replacing a main seal cost?
