Yes, but you are looking at a lot of extra costs other than that of the engine. Your also looking at a new radiator, exhaust, hood and a big pain just to change the spark plugs. To do so you have to unbolt one side of the engine and jack it up just to get to the right side plugs. You can achieve the same or more HP as a stoke 454 with a built 350. I am running 400+ HP with my 350.
