1996 Chevy Corsica Breaks

I was driving my car and the breaks started to work improperly. I put my car onto a lift and figured out that the problem was a break line leak near the back left wheel. I've replaced the cylinder, break line, and break pads (which were soaked in break fluid). I was unable to bleed my breaks correctly because there is not enough pressure build up. The back left and the front right tire do not stop when I press the break pedal all the way down (it hits the floor). I was told I have to bleed my breaks a "special way" to allow pressure build up in the break lines, otherwise my breaks still will not work. I haven't tested this suggestion because I don't know to bleed the breaks in that "special way".
