1994 Chevrolet Corsica; Why do the turn singles flash at abnormal rate and a couple times have stopped? and How do I repair?

So does your turn signal flash faster then it usually does?If so the first thing i would check is that all your turn signal bulb's work.If the all do then you could just have a bad turn signal flasher relay.
