Heater problem
1994 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl

My heater blows heat on all temperature settings, the fan switches from low, med. and high but when I set the second control nob to vent, mid-level, floor, or window defrost it doesn't switch. I'm not sure if the switch itself is bad, or if it's the blend door actuator. I don't hear a clicking noise when turning the switch either. Which gives me the assumption that the switch itself is bad. As I've grown weary in my search, I need help, as the colder weather is nearing. Thanks in advance.

*edit*
It seems to be the vents aiming at the passenger and driver are the only place that the heat is flowing from. There is a small air flow, not enough to defrost the front windows, coming from the front window defrost vents and the floor vents.

Where is the air coming from, which vent, defrost? Check vacuum source.
