1993 Chevy Corsica Floods on cold startup

It just started to flood out on cold start up. Sometimes it won't start for a while. Any Ideas?

Welcome to the forum. How long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Are there any trouble codes? Check the coolant temp sensor and circuits.
