when I start my car it runs rough and when I take off it has no power and runs rough. After a while after it seems to warm up it runs fine. I changed the fuel filter about 10,000 miles ago. I also think My egr valve is going out. could that be the problem?

A stuck EGR can cause this, but it should be hard to start. The ECT( engine coolant temp ) sensor may be the real problem, is like the choke for fuel injected cars.
