There is a high revving sound without an increase in speed everytime i get it up to 25mph. I tried flooring it when this happens and it gets over 25 but i do not think this s good for the engine . What is wrong with it and what do i need to fix it?
I have been told it could either be a clutch band in the transmission or the electronic shift module. If so what would those run me.
