Hello

I was cleaning out my throttle body the other day and I opened and closed the throttle manually so I can clean it better. I reinstalled the throttle body and starting driving my car and when I pressed the clutch pedal while the car was driving the rpm gauge was higher than normal. It looked like I was still pressing the gas pedal (but I wasn't). Is this a timing problem?

Timing is controlled by PCM and is not adjustable.

Check the throttle body, make sure it is fully closing and not binding.
