I recently purchased a new tire for the front right side of my car. Prior to this my car was running absolutly fine. Since then there has been a productive rattling noise from the front right side. I have checked to make sure the tire was the right size, and that it had proper air. On very smooth roads the noise is very minimal but when i head to the free way the noise is very loud and clear i dont believe it is any engine problem. What do you think it can be?

It could very well be the tire. Move tire to rear, if noise follows, then tire is bad. If not, then bearing or other suspension/brake component.
