Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
Recently I replaced the valve cover gaskets on my truck and while I was in there i felt of the rockers and adjusted one that was making a tapping noise (i tightened it a little). When I first ran it up and drove, it ran with no problems, but today when I started up the truck it was idling very rough eventually it went like rum rum and then made a puff sound and ran smooth. THen I started it up again later on and it was just idling very rough and I didn't try to take off in it. It was like it was just constantly misfiring. I know I put every thing back together right (I think). Its a 93 chevy c1500 chevy 350 5.7. Could tightening the rocker that small amount really screw it up that much?
