Fuel filter, fuses, fuel pump relay, fuel pump have all been replaced.

This truck broke down in April, and it was just the starter. Other parts have been replaced including:

Distributor Cap and Rotor
Starter
Fuses
Spark Plugs and Wires
Neutral Safety Switch
Ignition Switch

Truck fuel injectors not cooperating. Could be the Ignition Control Module? The computer? What?

Hi AlexandersMama2010, Welcome to 2carpos and TY for the donation

Are you get spark?

What did you meant by this: Truck fuel injectors not cooperating

Fuel pressure is fine.

Yes there is spark. It tries to turn over, and tries harder when you hit it with starting fluid, and it wont even try turning over without the starting fluid.

I dont have a fuel pressure gauge, but can tell you after just changing the fuel pump and the strainer the other month, that it has proper fuel pressure.

You need to actually check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester to determine if the fuel pump is producing the correct fuel pressure-though its new -could be a manufacturers defect

What is the color of the spark-if its not a snapping blue spark, its weak
