1974 Chevy Cheyenne V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I installed a fel pro oil pan gasket. now i have a gap between timing cover and oil pan. do they make two differance gasket. thick one or a thin one?

there should be a rubber insert for the front and back. they only make one kind of gasket providing its a 74 engine block. the newer engines use a one piece rubber gasket.
