1989 Chevy Chevelle 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

can anyone help me , i have no accessory power to the wipers,heater blower, also car will only fire when
key is in the start position . it stalls when the key is in the run position. thanks very much

Sounds like you have a broken fusible link at the starter,it may have to go ona lift to check.Good Luck,Lou
