I have had several tech's check my station wagon but they all give me different opinions. I think that if the ECM fuse blows out that it must be the computer. Some say that it's the map sensor, others the cool and sensor and some say the throttle posn sensor. I just don't want to get ripped off. The car gobbles gas like crazy and it sometimes just stops. I have replaced the fuse with a piece of metal so that I don't have to worry about the fuse blowing but it gets VERY hot and stalls every once in a while. I can not run a scan because the computer is not connected to the plug. I think that it has to be the computer. Please tell me if I'm correct. Thanks a MILLION> George Melendez from sunny Puerto Rico.

You where right. The ECM was out and it did have a short so I just put in a new one and the car is like brand new. It is running perfectly well. Thanks for your advice. It is very much appreciated. You saved me a bunch of $$$ and like I said, I didn't want to get riped-off. So thank you so very much. George from sunny Puerto Rico.
