Engine Performance problem
1986 Chevy Celebrity 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 1.4MIL miles
Friends,
Would like to know if the use of my older OBD IAuto Xray scanner can provide a better tuneup when adjusting the two carburetor adjustments (idle mixture on the bottom and running on top) on this auto. For example, the mixture control reading varies widely in operation. Should this reading wind up at something like 50%?
Does anyone know of any material written on these scanners to demonstrate how to use them? I understand what all of the sensors do; I do not know what to do with all of the scanner readings.
