I noticed today that my passenger wiper is not working. When I turn the wipers on it stutters and then kinda falls back down. i have already checked to see if the nut is loose and it is not. By the way the car is a 2004 chevy cavalier, 48234 miles. It is still under extended waranty but i was told i would have to pay for it to be diagnosed.
