My steering wheel was locked but got it unlocked when I took the cover off and pressed button to release the lock. My key still won't turn. It is like the ignition is stuck in place. I think that it might be the ignition switch but I could be wrong. Can you tell me what is wrong. Another thing a relay was put on my car when the recall came out about the ignition catching fire in the 2000 Cavaliers
