horn click

i have a 2002 Chevrolet cavalier and the horn want blow i changed to the horn relay because it was making a clicking noise wat can i do now

Is the horn working?. Or its clicking while the horn is beening pushed?. Its normal for the horn to click when horn is beening pushed.
