it has been overheating ever since i returned from overseas. i have had my head gasket replaced because it popped due to the engine overheating. the car overheats up while i am driving but immediately cools down when i stop!! that is completely backwards to car logic. this is why i am confused. a car mechanic told me that my radiator was "clogged". i replaced the radiator with a brand new one and the same exact problem still exists!! can anyone please help me!!

It sounds like you could have a clogged radiator, stuck thermostat, coolant leak or the radiator cooling fan is not working and there is an outside change you have a blown head gasket as well but to be sure lets run down these guides to help us pinpoint and fix the issue.
