Just recently I took a trip and when I was on my way home, i noticed that my rpm gauge was higher then it normally should be running. so when I stopped for a break i noticed that after i put my car in park and turned off the car my rpm gauge was reading between 1 and 2. This is not the first timed i have noticed my rpm gauge acting wierd. when i would first start my car up my rpm gauge would sit at zero for a while intill i would get going. i thought it maybe would have to do with the heat cuz it started this summer. but lately it is doing it more and more. when it does work it takes a while for it to go down to zeros when i am idiling or stopped. it is mainly the rpm gauge that is doing this, at least from what i have noticed. there was one time during a rain storm that all my gauges like my fuel tank gauge, and everything else was moving up and down on me, i thought it was the rain maybe it got into something. but that has only happened once, someone told me it could be fuses but i am not sure. i need help cuz i need to know if it is something i need to have fixed right away or if it is something minor. all the help would be great

i wouldnt worry to much. sounds like the stepper motors in the cluster are going bad and need to replace the cluster.
