2004 Chevy Cavalier Front End Noise

I have a loud popping noise in the front end of my 04 Cavalier and it also recently started making a loud rattling noise in the driver's side front end only whenever i hit a bump.

the rattling sound could just be a loose bolt and nut, with the popping sound I would take it to a garage and have them check the front end.
