2001 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

What's the best way to install a slave cylinder,does the engine come out top,or does the engine and trans. drop out the bottom? Thank's in advance.

Remove transaxle from underside while your there might as well do clutch.

Just to clarify, you don't need to remove engine just to change slave cylinder.

Yes remove transaxle is the way it is done slave is on input shaft of transaxle.
