2000 cavalier Z24 vibrating and noise

engin is 2.4l 128 000 km's

when i accelorate , it seems the sound is comming from the front tires and it makes a continual sound of , bump bump bump every about 3 seconds and as well the car vibrates a bit seeming to be comming from the front end

please let me know what this is?
