So... a member of my family is having a problem with their vehicle & im trying to narrow down the possibilities for them. They are older & tend to abandon their vehicle on its needs as far as some things. It had been getting hot. We replaced the Coolant cap & it seemed to help for about a week. Then we put in new spark plugs & wires.. changed the oil. Also changed the O2 chamber. It is still getting hot and just recently in the past day or two started blowing white smoke. We checked the oil & there is no signs of the coolant nor water mixing with the oil. We have no oil leak. I cannot find the radiator cap on the top of the radiator nor on the sides. Apparently its hidden somewhere ?!? We have a thermostat for it, but i dont have the right tool set to get to one of the bolts. Im not sure what to do. Can anyone help me?? :(

yes it runs a little rough when u first start it... & when u first start it .. it will blow white smoke out of the exhaust. then it goes away after about 1/2 mile. its not the oil that would cause the smoke because we just changed it about a week ago. & no there isnt any leaks but there is coolant loss. i fear its something big :(
