My dashlights were being temperamental going off every once in awhile but now they won't come on and I have noticed my horn and taillights are also not working. I'm thinking it's a lose ground wire but not sure where to find the ground for the dash.

The problem may be the wiring in your steering column. Where applicable there is a safety issue with that airbag. In the diagram, the orange wire is voltage for the tail lamps. That is a fused circuit, exterior lamp fuse, not only check the fuse, check for voltage at the fuse circuit, hot all the time. In the diagram, when activate the headlamp switch, the brown wire carries voltage for the tail lamps. I will check the location for the dash ground. Connector terminal B9--black wire, grounded left side of dash.
