1999 Chevy Cavalier bleeding brakes

put all new brake system in the back on both sides and when i went to bleed the brakes there wasnt any brake fluid...cant get any to come out...? what would cause this?

Add more fluid to MC and bleed brakes.

If the MC is full and fluid will not flow out lines, then you have a blockage somewhere (or a leak).

Have a reputable brake shop disconnect the brake lines from the MC and wheel cylinder and blow shop air through them to clear the lines.
Then flush the entire system and fill with new fluid.
