1999 Chevy Cavalier

whenever i start my car it runs but doesnt get over 30 miles an hour. my gears arent catching right so they grind and it wont catch 2nd gear. my slave cylinder is missing a hose and to top it all off i think i threw a rod cuz when i start it, it makes a cracking noise like an engine death rattle. it doesnt sound good. i have oil burning into fuel injectors causing no gas to get into my crankshaft housing. i try to take off the crank housing but need to take off the timing chain housing first but its impossible since my timing housing is bolted onto the motor mount. any help here would be hott.
