How do I remove the front hub and bearing from the steering knuckle that is rusted in?

Remove the axle nut, remove caliper, seperate lower ball joint, pull axle out of the hub, remove three bolts holding hub to knucle and if you have to, drive it out from behind with a two hammers, place one hammer in the inner part of the hub and hit it with the other one...

how do I separate lower ball joint? I have gotten a small gap to get to the back side of the hub, but not sure a hammer will fit in it.

OK do you have the three bolts out? If yes and the axle nut is off, just use a slide hammer and pulley at the front side, attach it to the lug nuts and pull that way! If there is a speed sensor at the hub, disconnect it and get it out of the way...

Yes i do, but now the front portion of the hub has come off and I cannot get the rest of it to separate from the knuckle.

They are not pressed in so put a bearing hook on the puller and keep pulling!
