I have a 1998 Chev Cavalier. My husband changed the battery and now ALL the dash lights are on, WHY? I know he had to put an adapter of som sort on the battery he put in to change the posts from thetop to the sides. He unhooked it and reset everything, but the lights still come on as soon as the brakes are pushed. It also surges a little. HELP!!!!
