Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I recently replaced the wiper motor on my 1997 Chevy Cavilier. When I turn them on they will run once then not work again unless the car is turned off. I then restart the car they may or may not go once then will not go again. If I continue to play with them they will run but then again only one time up and will not again unless the power is turned off. Is this a faulty motor? I replaced the fuse too.
