my car is 2.2L ,IREPLACED ANEW PCM IN IT ,THIS CAR WAS NOT EQUIPED WITH EGR OR ANY O2 SENSORS BY FACTORY ,IS THERE A [VCI] NUMBER SO ICAN PROGRAMME IT TO THAT SPECTS WITH OUT INSTALL 2 OXGYENE SENSORS & EGR

No there isnt. it has to have those sensors

Your O2 sensor is located on the exhaust mannifold at the collector just before the exhaust pipe.
