ok so basically I started hearing a noise in my car. The noise progressively got worse and in a matter of 3 or 4 days it became a fairly loud ticking noise. The noise was coming from the very front slight right/or passenger side when all the sudden it stopped and my steering went out to the point where it was hard to steer but manageable, kinda. I immediately thought it was a power steering issue but when I went to check my power steering fluid, it was full. Umm wtf..?. any help much appreciated. thanks

sounds like bearings went out in the power steering pump.. if fluid is full and belt is good then suspect faulty pump
