rear brakes lock up when brakes are pushed. makes rear of car dive towards the ground and rear wheels lock up

Did you or anyone accidentally drive the vehicle with the emergency brake engaged for any distance? If so, this can damage some components in the rear brake system and cause them to stick.

Have you had brakes replaced recently?
