I have a 1996 Chevy Cavalier. My car has been having problems starting for a couple of months now. I have another car which I have been using until this car is fixed. The problem with the Cavalier is that when I start it, it does not go. The engine just dies. It sounds like the engine wants to start but it just quits on me. It will sputter then die a few seconds after I start it. Is it the fuel pump? What is the cost to repair it if it is.
