I have a 1996 Chevy Cavalier. I have replaced the rotors, brake pads, a rusted rear line, ABS master cylinder, and tried to bleed the brakes. However, the brake is going straight to the floor and when we tried to bleed the brakes, there was no pressure to even move the fluid out of the caliper. We have blown the lines to assure clearance and there is no blockage. Please help me figure this out?

You would have much better luck with a pressure bleeder. You just have way too much air in the system to even start pushing the fluid.
