1995 Chevy Cavalier cv joints

How do I get the cv joint unbolted from engine. I alredy have it unbolted from and separated from tire.

The CV axle is held in the trans with a "C" clip, it pops out. The best way is to use a slide hammer with an axle adapter to "pop" axle out, but you can use a pry bar against trans housing to pop it out.
