Noises problem
1992 Chevy Cavalier 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
I recently bought some used tires and put them on my 1992 cavalier and did not realize till after i had drove in and out of town that they were too big. i noticed a very distinct lack in acceleration. i've heard this was bad for the transmisson so i immediately took it in to get new tires. after getting the new tires i did not notice any improvement in the acceleration and then later when i left my car idling i heard a sound the sounded like it was comming from underneath the car towards the middle of the car that sounded almost like popcorn popping. im not sure what this could be but i sure hope it's nothing too expensive! any help would be great
