I recently noticed all wheels locked up at different times. I beleive it is the abs module on the master cylinder. pedal goes to floor. bleeding back brakes allows pedal to travel to floor. bleeding front in only oozes out a little at bleed ports and doesnt allow pedal to travel to floor for proper bleeding. Do I need a new abs module, and will a regular power brake system work from a 1990 cavalier?

The module should fix that issue. As far as using one off of a 1990 model, I would reccommend new. anything to do with my safty and others (like brakes and being able to stop) I don't reccommed using used or old parts. But if you are set on using the one from the 1990 make sure that it is the same motor in both cars. The 2.4L and the 2.2L are different modules. So is the 3.1L but I am doubting that you have one of those... Anything else just post.
