1992 Chevy Cavalier 1992 Turn Signal Fuse keep blowing

For some reason the fuse keeps blowing that goes to the turn signal. I took this car to the shop for a electrical test they did not see why this is happening.
I had the switch to the turn signal replaced and still have the same problem.(1992 Chevy Cavalier)

Does it blow as soon as you install it, or do you have to turn the signal on for it to blow?
