1989 Chevy Cavalier my passenger floor is wet!!!!!

i don't know what is goin on with me car the engine shakes when i cut it on and the floor is wet on the passenger side then the car cuts off when i'm brakin some times after driving for a while

sounds like a possible vacuum leak in the hvac controls. as for the wet floor, see if it smells sweet like anti freeze. you may have a coolant leak in the heater core
