1989 Chevy Cavalier front end noise

i was hearing a squeaky noise coming from the front left tire, and it is loudest when im going under 30mph. i put new rotors on it and replaced the brakes, it stillis making a squeak noise when im almost at a crawl? what could it be?

One thing you might check is that I think these old Chevys have a sheet metal splash shield on the back of the steering knuckle. These can easily get a little bent and rub against the inboard side of the rotor.
