1989 Chevy Cavalier Car surges

My car surges-misses at about 32 mph & 1800 rpm with light throttle. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, pcv valve, fuel filter, & ignition module, fuel pressire is 35-40psi. There are no trouble codes stored in the computer,Egr seems to be working OK, Trans TCC seems to be working OK.

Can you help?

Sounds like the EGR valve coming on a little too soon. Try plugging the vacuum line at the valve and see if it still does it.
