i have replaced plugs, opti spark, mass air flow, computor, and o2 sensors but still have a back fire comming from the intake air filter. this hapens at a high rmp. also idels rough and has no power like a lt1 should. the drivers side old plugs were black but passengers side were good. i do see some improvement since the opti and plugs were changed but still that darn back fire from the air filter.

HELP!

Could be a problem with excessively rich or lean mixture. Sparkplugs with wrong heat range, excessive carbon/hot valves and Ignition timing

Also have the throttle position sensor and fuel pressure check-look for vacuum leak
