My lowbeams don't work unless I turn on my highbeams then they work and i dont know where the fuse on the box is located for that.

If your hight beams are working and low beams are not the chances are that your fuse is fine because they run off of the same fuse. Its sounds like you could have a bad dimmer switch, or some kind of short/open circuit.
