1962 Chevy Caprice
wiper does not work properly. When wiper is on it does not move. whenI pull the blades up from rest position and turn wipers on they immediatly return to rest position and stop. Also cannot read the individual fuse block identities as to what each location serves and cannot find info on what the amperage should be for each fuse. Can you help? Thanks, Bill in Florida.
