Transmission help

I have a 1980 camaro with a 350 and a 4spd manual transmission... I have taken the engine out and rebuilt and am going to do the same with the transmission but I am not able to remove the driveshaft from the transmission.. How do I remove the driveshaft yoke from this transmission ?

The driveshaft yoke should just slide out. Remove the two retainers that secure it to the rear-end yoke and the take it loose from there and then just slide it out... I can't recall ever having one that was stuck.
