squeaking noise in front wheel

hi, i am just wondering what might be causing my front wheels to sqeak or squeal during hard cornering or steering. I know for a fact its not my tires.
I have a 1994 Chevrolet Camaro 3.4l V6 with 117,100 miles

What kind of rims do you have and do you have hubcaps?? Have you torqued the front wheels? Turning Squeaks are usually associated with wheels, rims and hubcaps.

they are regular steel wheels with no hubcaps, the wheels are not torqued, i just tightend them securely. If they do need to be torqued, could you tell me how many foot pounds?
